In January of this year I accepted a trial offer for Wu Yi Tea (which they began charging me monthly before I even got the trial sample) -- along with this came an offer for "Living Lean" somethin or other. I declined this offer and returned the tea -- however I am still to this day getting charged $19.95 for a "Living Lean" product that I am clueless to -- I don't receive anything from them via e-mail, actual mail, phone - -nothing. It took me 2 months to get refunded for the "Wu Yi" crap, but I am still getting charged for the "Living Lean" nonsense -- my bank cannot provide me with a valid contact number, the good folks as Wu Yi do not respond to letters, e-mails or calls -- and I cannot locate any contact info for this company. I AM PISSED! Any one out there have any success in resolviong this issue?? Help -- they need to be stopped! S. in Florida

I sent an e-mail and also telephoned 866-449-5567 on March 11 to cancel the order, which I had placed in early February. However, the charges kept coming. I called the same number today. Jackie told me my order had been cancelled March 12 and my last charge was in May. No, my last charge was August 6. She told me t call 866-396-5711. I spoke to Cindy who told me I had cancelled only the Wu-Yi tea order, not Living Lean. I am getting a refund for August but nothing else. It's true, the 5711 number is mentioned in one of their e-mails, but when I called the 5567 number I was not told I had to call 5711 to really cancel. If this isn't a scam, it's awfully close tyo it.

I found their phone number. 1-866-396-5711. I hope you get through. I have not called yet but am planning on it on Monday.
